My Top Five for a Perfect Friday

One
There is nothing better than getting in an early morning sweat first thing on a Friday. Get up, get out, and get your sweat on girl! This doesn't need to be a big "to do." It can be as simple as going for a walk or doing a fun new workout class. Whatever your idea of sweat is let it give you that extra boost Friday energy!

Two
There is nothing better than treating yourself. What better way than with a coffee? You got your workout in and you made it through a crazy work week. You deserve a nice iced vanilla latte to make your Friday that much better!

Three
When you look good you feel good. I'm not sure about you but getting ready is one of my favorite parts of the morning...especially on a Friday duh. That makes its so much better too. Weather your in cute comfies mood or the casual cute mood an outfit that makes you feel good will set you up success for your perfect Friday!

Four
Now I know when you hear "list" you think automatically work or thing's you have to get done you don't want to. This is a Fun Friday " To do List." This list should have no more than five small things you want to get done before your weekend. And should be filled with some simple fun things. Like pick up that lip-gloss you wanted to try! And if you don't get them done, that is okay!!! You have time! This is just a small list to get you motived to the things you want to get done before you enjoy the rest of your Friday and your weekend!

Dinner Baby!!! Weather this be a night out on the town or a cozy simple night in watching this weeks episode of the Bachelor.... yes we are a little late. A nice Margarita pizza with a glass of red is the perfect way to end this week on the best note!
